Melissa is a Tennessee-born, Texas-raised southern charmer whose lineage — Scottish, English, Norwegian, and Native American — contributes to the versatile, distinctive presence she brings to every role. Her infectious smile, sharp wit, and chameleonic look allow her to move effortlessly between grace and grit, comedy and heartbreak, with performances that resonate with authenticity and depth.

Most recently, Melissa’s film Key of Bones screened at the Cannes Film Festival — a milestone that marks her growing presence on the international stage. On the small screen, she has appeared in two of Taylor Sheridan’s acclaimed Paramount series: Landman and Lioness, cementing her place in one of television’s most celebrated universes. She also appeared as the leading lady in the music video “Let It Out” by L.A. Edwards, featured on the multi-award-winning series Yellowstone.

Throughout her career, Melissa has honed her skills under the guidance of esteemed coaches and casting directors, including Wendy Pennington, Kina Bale-Reed of Cast-O-Matic, and her longtime mentor, the late Lar Park Lincoln (Knots Landing, Beverly Hills 90210).
